One of the largest repositories for math ed software is at

http://archives.math.utk.edu/

click on K-12 Teaching Materials, Lesson Plans.
Most of these lesson plans are 'generic' and OS independent.
You can also search these archives for keyowrds like "Linux".
You may have to fix broken links or adapt them to for your needs
but at least you'll have a template to start with.
