Dr Geo new version

GTK Dr Geo 0.7.1 WIP has been uploaded to its homepage.

New :
- a lot of construction tool are now avalaible
- the display is now quite correct and flicker free



Still to Todo:
- using text and GC with GTK
- writting widget for the macro-construction, to rename object, to
save/load, to chnage the objects display, etc.
