KDE isn't *that* bad.  And remember, you don't have to have it as your
window manager/environment to use KDE apps.  You just need to install
the KDE libs.

Also, the new 1.1 is said to be MUCH faster and memory efficient than
1.0.  I haven't tried it yet.  I should upgrade...
