[seul-edu] Documentatino Project Update

Lucy and I are getting very near the final release.  I
think I said we would be posting on Monday, however, I
am finding that the editorial process and making things
clear is more time consuming than I had imagined.  

However, I think we are still on track for this week. 
Definately next Monday.
