The people at hklc.com have already a web-based submission system for
administering the blocklist, so if you want to control that independently of
them you could ask them for their CGI scripts, or on the other hand you could
join their efforts and prevent reinventing the wheel. And a point you may not
know: the blocklist is divided in pieces, one for porn, one for games, one for
mp3, etc., and they get joined into the one that`s read by squid in the
updating cron job (all that is in the website). And jou could make a local one
(i did, just in case) just naming it thenameyouwantforit.block.txt and putting
it in /etc/squid.
But then again we all agree that having choices is good :)
