I'll leave to Doug the decision of how to split/encourage
linux-in-education traffic.

But if we want to run an innd, we're going to run it somewhere other
than the primary seul.org machines. I'd be happy to point news.seul.org
at you; I just don't want to deal with innd on my machine. :)
