No. The only suggestion I have is SPI (Software in the Public Interest)
http://www.spi-inc.org/.
They support Berlin, Debian, Gnome, etc. Donations can be made to SPI requesting
that they go
to a specific project. I don't know how one would go about getting under the SPI
umbrella.
Another though is CoSource.com http://www.cosource.com/. It was written up in the
August, 1999
Linux Journal page 100.
