SEUL-Leaders: summary to seul-project ideas

We'd like to send out a summary of how things are going to the seul-project 
list, so people don't get bored with the project.

If everyone could come up with all the info they'd like to put into this 
summary, please put it in cran.mit.edu:~/Public/summary, making sure that 
Public has 755 perms and summary (and everything else in Public) has 644 
perms.

For those without cran access yet (Cyber), just e-mail me (omega) and I'll 
put it in the right places (somewhere in my file).

We'll then merge everything tomorrow night in IRC and send it out (and decide 
who sends it).
