It seems that someone, I would suggest Ronen, just needs to set up the
project there.  I think anyone can contribute to it if Ronen let's them
access the source.  I'm fairly certain that Sourceforge uses a CVS for
all the projects.  Just go to http://www.sourceforge.com to get it
rolling.
