Thank you for adding the support for connecting vias to planes with no
thermal. I have been wanting that for a long time.

I downloaded the latest snapshot (20070208), installed it and opened
my spectrum analyzer RF board. PCB was extremely slow, but I was able
to toggle a few of the thermals to solid. Zooming took about 15
seconds on my Athlon 64 2.2 GHz machine with 2 GB of RAM. I opened the
file with emacs and changed about 600 thermals to solid. Without the
spoked thermals, PCB is responsive again. I can email the files if 
anyone wants. The speed issue is not a problem for me as I want all
of those vias to not have thermals.
