This is the offending pin command.
The first four numbers give the coordinates of start and end point of the
pin line. Replace the "725" by "700" to get them on the grid.

You may also want to replace the "225" by "200". But this is only
cosmetics.

Alternatively you can set the grid in gschem to 25. But it may be wise to
stick to the grid=100 standard.
