Hi Guys,

The state packs we\'ve been talking about - should arrive in their respective
states on Monday sometime. 

The reporting template is missing - I\'m still working on that one. :)

A copy of the constitution is available online at
http://bovine.artificial-stupidity.net/~moose/ and have a look at the marked up
one for the most current version.
