Re: Second campaign map

I changed the Plowshares map a little bit:
- adjusted the terrain so that the player doesn't have that big
advantage
- added some units to the northern granary (I don't know if the
Anti-aircraft guns unit is appropriate in this stage of the campaign
but it can pass over the "fence")
- added some units to Kandelians' HQ
- swapped Medium Tanks on the north with Heavy Tanks in the southwest.

This time it wasn't as easy to beat the AI and when playing with
handicap I lost the first time. And my units got some serious ass
kicking when playing (and winning) the second time. But it definitely
needs some testing by someone else, I am probably not "the typical
player".
