I think there's a difference between the fabrication drawing that the
board house needs for production (which is what DJ is going for, I
think) and an assembly drawing that you would use to stuff the board.
DJ, when you say a "flash for each drill", are you talking about a
pad-shaped flash, or a unique symbol (X, square, diamond, etc.)? The
board houses that I deal with at work tend to want unique symbols so
that they can see whether all of the holes in a certain area are to be
done with the same drill.
Other than that, sounds good.
