This is a good point, but if you solder *at all*, something like this
is worth it. Maybe let the frequency of your soldering bump you down
to buying a used one rather than a new one.
Still, I was hoping to spend less. I don't solder nearly enough to
justify an "expensive" iron if I can avoid it.
