Yes, unix style paste.  Ctrl-V pastes from within the application;
mouse-paste pastes from the X clipboard (i.e. from other applications,
like acroread or emacs).

Even if Ctrl-V pastes from elsewhere, it's still a LOT easier to
middle click on each cell.
