Last I heard there was some work being done on the PCB manual. From sourceforge I'm led to here:

But I can't tell if this reflects the newest version. Is this it?
The date code in the links (below the CVS versions) are 22-Aug-2006. I am not sure if those are the newest but they must be be pretty close ;-)
