What is your desired effect? The line above ought to pre-select "B" size
paper in the print dialog.
If you want a "B" sized title block, you should replace the default
title block which is inserted with one of a different size.
For example, in my gschemrc file, I have:
(define default-titleblock "title-bordered-A2.sym")
You might want "title-B.sym" or "title-bordered-B.sym"?
