Not that I know of.  It is a rather difficult task to program.

Magic is really a very simple chip layout tool, completely 
manual.  It doesn't understand things like transistors.  It's 
all polygons.  You place regions of diffusion, poly, etc.  Where 
poly overlaps diffusion a transistor is formed.

Perhaps you should consider a higher level tool, such as 
electric, which does understand the concept of cells.
