I just changed the transfer encoding setting in my client for posting from
"allow 8 bit" to "7 bit (quoted printable)". Is there any difference with
this reply? If so, then something on Ricks side is to blame. Transfer
encoding base64 has been around before the internet hit the streets.
Ok, this should be enough blurb to see, if the setting did anything useful.
