These should be omited from update_rats, rather than be ignored on DRC.
The DRC as it is currently implemented, does not check for correct
connectivty. It does not detect a short. I think, this functionality
would be best implemented with a flag "don-t-check-connectivity"
added to the object. Put these antennas in a separate layer and make 
DRC special for this layer would still feel like a crutch.

This would remove a couple of entries in my list of warts and wishes. 
I just checked -- PCB does not barf on additional parameters in the 
Layer line. So there may be a smooth upgrade to add a flag parameter 
to the layer stance. Looks like old versions of PCB would just ignore 
it. You'd loose flag on save with the old binary, though. IMHO, this 
is acceptable if flags are defined such that no flag reprensents the 
current state as a default.

Any comments by the devs? Would you accept a patch along these lines?
