Hi Stuart,

I am now using your netlister very extensively. It works very good, but I 
found some issues I need to talk to you:

1. Diode:
 I need a way to pass a attribute "area" to the netlist like this:

D1 1 2 <model-name> <area>
D1 1 2          dnw            10e-12


2. MOS Transistor: I can not give a model-name attribute to the transistor.
It seems to me that there is some additional work to do? I would like the 
following result:

M1 1 2 3 4 <model-name> <list of additional properties>
M1 1 2 3 4       pmos              w=10u l=0.6u  .....
