I like this one. You could control the effort level by controlling the
hardware. It's easy to clone disks. A new sale would involve taking the cloned
disk and changing the root login and user passwords and setting up networking
for the customer's domain, etc. as a service they pay for that makes life
effortless for them. Clue them into rsync.net for backup of the whole drive of
that machine, and set up svn for them and train them how to use svn status, svn
commit -m "useful work done", and svn up often enough to make a difference, then
be on call for their rescue occasionally.
