gEDA-user: attributes in SPICE-netists

Does anybody have a list of which attributes on gschem-symbols get
translated into which device-parameters when netlisting with
gnetlist -g spice?
I always get the entry 'unknown' in the Model-Name-Field when
I set device='PMOS TRANSISTOR'.
Other things like area for a BJT or TCs for Resistors would be nice
too.
