This mail is sent out to announce the third release of the never ending
story of the schematics for gTAG.

They are available at:

They will show up there when quick Stephen has put it there.

News include:
* Hopefully proper power-on-reset.
* gnetlist now produces a netlist that PCB seems to accept (tweaks in
  gnetlistrc).
