It's not merged into sourceforge yet and exists only as the download
I'm providing until things can get organized:

   http://members.dslextreme.com/users/billw/test/pcb-gtk.tar.gz

Also until then, I'm replacing the tarball with updates as they are
done and there won't necessarily be an announcement about it
unless it is a major change.
