I've noticed that you've been trying to e-mail geda-user@xxxxxxxx in order to 
unsubscribe. If you'd just read the instructions in the header of every 
single e-mail sent by the mailing list, you'd have known how to do it.

Just to spell it out: to unsubscribe,

E-mail          MAJORDOMO@xxxxxxxx
with            SUBSCRIBE GEDA-USER
in the          BODY
