This is a very diode laser driver with peltier cooler circuit included. 
DC current is very low noise and still allows for modulation in the MHz 
range. The driver tested better than the drivers of the usual suspects 
(Thorlabs, Toptica, etc.). We are not shy to share the know-how. So if 
anyone needs such a diode driver -- Let me know.
(The central circuit was published in rev. sci. instr. way back in 1994)
