Ok, two things.

First, the outline contains pins because PCB doesn't treat it special
when spitting out gerbers.  The only "special" use of that layer is to
produce the FAB drawing.  Just toss that gerber; you don't need it.

Second, your SMD part is on the side opposite the copper traces ;-)

If you edit your layer groups, you'll see that the layer named
"component" is in the "solder" layer group.  So, you have three
non-empty gerbers:

1. The component side, with your SMD pads.

2. The solder side, with your copper traces.

3. The outline, which you can discard.
