"find Geda-gschem-1.2.0"
or "ls -a Geda-gschem-1.2.0/src"

There is probably a hidden file or directory. Since you built with sudo
at one point, this will be owned by root, and may require a careful use
of sudo to remove.

sudo rm -r Geda-gschem-1.2.0

(Might need "-f" option too).
