Right, you can supply them on demand. Just keep the original sources for at least three years (that includes any local patches), and include a written offer in your binary installer saying anyone can obtain the sources from you. Then, be prepared to burn and ship a CD or DVD to anyone who asks (you can charge for the cost of doing so), for at least three years.
