looks like it, but please, lets fix the problem instead of just not 
building the docs!  Looks to me like the build is calling a pcb that is 
not quite right when producing gif and png versions of a pcb drawing. 
If the problem exists here it will probably exist when he tries to use 
that functionality after installing pcb.
