Sorry, I nuked support for that scaling command - since the "correct"
default to match on-screen and printed are hard-coded in that branch.

My number is 1.3, but I suspect they are close enough for it not to
matter. I based the 1.3 scale factor on font height, not the exact
widths - since the old gEDA font didn't have great kerning.
