Correction: I'll need *a* .pcb file that demonstrates the problem.  It
doesn't have to be *your* pcb file, but make one that has the same
features, planes, and gerber output.

Of course, it's best if you send the problematic .pcb file rather than
make one and take a chance with it "just working" ;-)
