gEDA-user: PCB 20050609 fails to build on Debian Testing

When I try to build pcb 20050609 on my desktop, the build fails with the
following error:
gui-dialog-print.c:41:18: error: menu.h: No such file or directory
make[4]: *** [gui-dialog-print.o] Error 1

I don't see the menu.h file or where it should come from.


I tried grabbing the CVS version. It compiled fine, but fails when loading
any file using the file menu (layout, element, netlist). The following is what
pcb prints before exiting:
input in flex scanner failed
Files opened from the command line do not cause problems.

OS is Debian Testing. Any help would be appreciated. I have some people
coming by on Saturday who would like to learn about gEDA/pcb, and I
would really like to have the GTK version of PCB going on this machine.
