Well I just tried it on my machine & it worked fine.  Maybe something
is broken about FC6?

Try running TwoStageAmp.sch in verbose mode:

gnetlist -v -g spice-sdb -o TwoStageAmp.cir TwoStageAmp.sch

Please post the output of this command.

Also please post the version of guile you have:

guile --version
