I would add the definitions and a statement that PCB does not
support the attribute.

The definition below is from IPC Review, Vol 46, No 1 ---

Courtyard

The minimum electrical and mechanical clearance of both the component
boundary extremities and the land pattern boundary extremities.
The courtyard specification is used by the PCB designer in determining
the minimum area occupied by the combination of component and land
pattern.

PCB does not support a courtyard attribute.
