Before breakfast but after Cappuccino ;-)

My script pcb-matrix creates copies of a PCB layout and arranges the copies
in a matrix (sch-matrix works for schematics). pcb-matrix does update
the refdeses but could be modified to just arrange copies.

Not really a tiling operation. I never bother to write a tiling script
because it
is so easy to manually tile in PCB and I do not need to tile that often.
