	I put one sentence on the mailing list main page clarifying the
policy.  It's pretty lax:

	Sending small binary attachments to any of the the gEDA lists 
	is okay as long as they are relevant to gEDA.

Basically use your judgement as to what is small and relevant.  The
limit is 2M right now though.  Also, HTML (or any non text/plain unless
you are doing attachements) posts are frowned upon though.
