gEDA-user: FC4 installation information

A quick note:

I put up a new Wiki page explaining how to install gEDA from the CD
onto FC4 (and FC3, 2, 1).  Folks having problems getting it to work
on FC4 are encouraged to look here:

I will get a set of notes pertainent to SuSE 9.3 up soon.  If other
people could write up their installation experiences on teh Wiki, that
would be a benefit to everybody.
