R_X86_64_32S against `SIMinfo' can not be used when making a shared
object; recompile with -fPIC
spice.o: could not read symbols: Bad value
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Appending -fPIC to CFLAGS gets you into other trouble, I forget what now.
This error only affects the tclspice variant: ngspice builds without
difficulty from the same sources and works fine.
