Well, this is the default look of dokuwiki. However, dokuwiki look and
feel is vastly configurable via templates. I'd recommend to look at the
templates already available at
http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki%3Atpl%3Atemplates
There even is a template that mimics wikipedia functionality.
