If no one else has the space, I could set up ogre.starforge.co.uk - I have 
70Mb of space and nearly 5Gb/month of bandwidth kicking its heels ATM, it 
may as well be used for something.

Ok, I'll have a go at putting together some different possibilities when I 
get home from work tonight and everyone can choose the version they prefer.
