Ok, got it. SampleAF.cpp compiles fine now.
I found a little bug in src/Makefile.am, causing a wrong versioning of the
.so lib (0.0.0 instead of 0.1.0). I've hardcoded the 0.1.0 value in there
for now. For the long term a better solution is required (added item to
TODO) however.

And there's a rather severe bug in PFile: The VFS functions scramble the
path. All example programs run without a single error or warning, but the
PakArchives end up in the wrong places, with the wrong names (e.g. ../test
instead of ./StressTest.pak). Looks like a problem with converting pak://
URLs to native format.
