"Dihydrogen monoxide" is "technically" correct, but no one really uses it. "Hydrogen oxide", "Hydrogen hydroxide", "Oxidane", "Hydroxic acid", "Hydroxyl acid", "Hydronium hydroxide", and "Hydrohydroxic acid" are all more common.

Okay, so if we go for Hydrogen Oxide, that gives

According to Google, that doesn't seem to collide
with any well-known pieces of software. It does
stand for Good Health Organisation, and apparently
a "gho" is a traditional dress for men in Bhutan.
