Yeah, SolarWolf *is* polished and fun. I hope you collect all the nice
comments you get about SW and read them again some rainy day when you're
feeling down. Should be able to cheer you up. :D

I think I've tried it a while ago, but I think it didn't work for me.

The tools from Loki seem to require some kind of toolkit named Gtk? I have
some *really* old version of Gtk on my machine as the old version of Gimp
I have  requires it. The Loki tool seems otherwise to be really nice, but
as far as I've read the docs it's more aimed towards CD installations, not
standalone single packages. It does seem to be the best one available so
far.

What options have you all used for packaging pygame games on Windows?
