Filter on "any header" for "does not conform to rfc822 minimum requirements"

Seems to pull all of it out, including some spam from spam bots.

I think the above header depends on the intelligence of your ISP's mail setup 
whether it checks the email for RFC 822 compliance, and tags it.

It seems that spammers, and virus writers hate writing a compliant tool. :D

It works on mail that has gone through AT&T worldnet service at least.
