Yes, I can not open a .gz for windows. That is what I said, I could not find it for windows.

This is not always a good assumption to make.

I searched Google for "OcempGUI". The first hit was:

http://ocemp.sourceforge.net/gui.html

There is a section titled "OcempGUI", in which there is a link
"Download", which goes to:

http://ocemp.sourceforge.net/guidown.html

On this page there is a link "OcempGUI-0.2.7.tar.gz", which goes to:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=100329&package_id=149654

Free software source code is often distributed in .tar.gz files. This
is the standard package format in many Unix-type operating systems,
analogous to Zip on Windows.
