SIF has a test suite, which looks to be free to use.  I'm getting a
VBScript runtime error when I try to configure my test though.  :)

I don't see any model implementations anywhere.  Only the specification.
I recall somewhere in the document that SIF intends to announce the
presence of one or more implementations of a ZIS server.  I suspect these
will be proprietary.
