Do you mean just the conference CD-ROM? I don't
know if James has made that available.

As to our coverdisc, the conference CD-ROM only
accounts for a small fraction of that, and we are
unable to make it available for download (although
all of our articles are available on the site, we
are a few months behind with putting them up at 
the moment).
